Buy now at Vicarage Fields – before its too late

BUYERS looking for a new home near Crewe could find that one of the final properties at Vicarage Fields offers the answers to their prayers.

Two years after the show home opened to showcase the heavenly choice of properties available, niche developer Elan Homes is preparing to put the sold sign in place.

Though not JUST yet.

“Vicarage Fields has grown steadily to become a lovely new neighbourhood, attracting a mixture of first time buyers and growing families,” said Marie Morris, sales director for Elan in the North.

“Now that we have just two properties remaining, there’s an increasing sense of urgency amongst would-be homeowners and we would encourage those hoping to move here to contact us without delay.”

The final properties available are both four-bedroom detached Southwold designs, priced from £276,995.

The Southwold offers 1,283 sq ft of accommodation including a lounge at the front with feature bay window, open plan kitchen and dining room to the rear, plus a utility and cloakroom.

The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite, leaving the remaining three bedrooms to share the family bathroom.

Help to Buy equity loans are available and could reduce the initial cost of owning a home at Vicarage Fields to £221,596. The lower price includes a customer deposit of £13,850 (5%) and a mortgage from their chosen lender of £207,746 (75%). The balance of £55,399 is covered by the equity loan and is interest free for five years.

“Location is a major driver when people are looking to move and this has certainly played a part in the success of Vicarage Fields as the homes are on the edge of the village, with some enjoying views over the neighbouring farmland; yet with easy access to nearby Crewe and Sandbach,” Marie added.

“It’s a great base for commuter as Crewe station offers links to Liverpool, Manchester and beyond.”
