The Day You Move in to your New Home

Your Sales Executive and Site Manager will meet you at your new home to inspect the property and hand the keys over to you. They check that all remedial work from your Customer Demonstration report has been completed to your satisfaction. Any outstanding items will be recorded on the Handover Form, which once signed will be forwarded to the Customer Care Department.


 

48 Hours After Moving in to your New Home

Your Sales Executive will already have made an appointment to come and see you within 48 hours after occupying your new home.


 

7 Days After Moving in to your New Home

Your Site Manager will contact you after you have been in occupation for approximately 7 days. Any further questions you may have regarding the property can then be answered and items noted.

Items noted during handover and up to 7 days after occupation will normally be remedied within 1 month of occupation by our site construction team.
