In order to smooth the way to Legal Completion, the ‘Buying process checklist’ has been created to help you to identify the steps to be taken along the way.

When you make your Reservation and pay the Reservation Fee, a series of events commence will which ultimately lead to Legal Completion and you moving into your new home. Our experienced Sales Executives are on hand to assist at any stage in order to ensure that this process proceeds as smoothly as possible.
