The process of purchasing your new home by Elan Homes is now under way and we aim to make sure this runs as smoothly as possible for you.

When you made your Reservation and paid the Reservation Fee, a series of events commenced which will ultimately lead to Legal Completion and you moving into your new home.

Our experienced Sales Executive is on hand to assist at any stage in order to ensure that this process proceeds as smoothly as possible. If at any time you require assistance with any aspect of the purchasing process, from sourcing a mortgage to choosing a Solicitor, or with any other queries relating to the property itself, please do not hesitate to ask.

Our Sales Executive will keep in regular contact with you at all times during the purchasing process to ensure that you are satisfied with the progress of your purchase and to keep you informed of progress on your new home.  If at any stage during thie process you are not satificed please ask to speak to the Sales Director
