Check with your mortgage lender that the valuation survey has been carried out

Arrange an appointment to discuss the contract with your Solicitor and sign the contract ready to exchange within 28 days of the Reservation date

When you have received your mortgage offer in writing, unconditional contracts can be exchanged

When your property is ready for Completion and passed by the NHBC inspectors, we will instruct our Solicitors to issue the 10 day notice period to your Solicitors, who will then apply for the mortgage funds to be released and inform you accordingly
