Reservation


Payment of your Reservation Fee, which forms part of your deposit, ensures that your chosen home will be held in your name for a given period of time, prior to Exchange of Contracts when the Reservation Period ends. Throughout the Reservation Period, the price agreed is fixed, and will not be increased while the property is held in your name.


Our Sales Administration Department will confirm your reservation in writing within the next few days.


At this stage, if you have not already done so, you should prepare for your purchase by applying for a mortgage, or any other loans required, and by appointing a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to act on your behalf. We can assist you with this please do ask your Sales Executive for details. As soon as you receive confirmation of your mortgage offer, your Solicitor will be advised so that all parties involved can be notified once you are in a position to exchange contracts on your property.

While your Solicitor is dealing with the legal aspects of your purchase, and depending on the stage of construction, you may be able to make colour choices and finishing touches from our selected range (see ‘Choices and Finishing Touches’).
