This means a home that’s environmentally conscious and aware; one that is built with impressively high insulation standards (which will benefit your pocket via lower bills) the latest energy efficient boilers and coated glass that keep rooms warmer in winter and cooler in Summer. And naturally we take care of details like better draught proofing, low energy lightbulbs and appliances with A-E energy ratings. We’re even introducing solar panels at some of our developments to reduce energy useage further. 

Your Protection

Your new home by Elan Homes is protected by the NHBC Buildmark Cover. This warranty is underwritten by one of the world’s leading insurers, the NHBC (National House-Building Council), which is the independent regulator and standard setter for the new homes industry. With the aim of raising house-building standards, the NHBC endeavors to prevent structural problems occurring that could necessitate to expensive repairs.

During the construction process, experienced NHBC Inspectors work closely with our Site Managers, advising on the latest techniques to ensure that their rigorous quality standards are, at the very least, met. Every new home by Elan Homes is designed and built to meet, or exceed, all NHBC standards.

Insurance Cover following the 2 year Elan Homes insurance is provided by the NHBC Buildmark Cover for a period of 8 years following the initial 2 year Elan Homes cover, this ensure that for 10 years your house is fully protected against any major structural defects.
