New Home Customer Care from Elan Homes
Your first week in a new house is always a hectic time. So here at Elan Homes, we’ll do everything we can to help you settle in as quickly and comfortably as possible.
On the day you arrive, your Sales Executive and Site Manager will call to make sure any little jobs that were identified during your Customer Demonstration tour have been taken care of.
They’ll also look round the house with you for any other ‘teething’ problems, and pass them on to our Customer Service Department to sort out, usually within a month of you moving in.
After a further seven days, you’ll get another visit from your Site Manager to double check you’re happy with everything and to give you a chance to ask any other questions that have arisen in the meantime.
