Early bird buyers snap up Aigburth Homes
MORE than half of new homes in South Liverpool are already subject to ‘early bird’ reservations just weeks after the development launched ‘off plan’.
Niche developer Elan Homes had planned to release homes at Aigburth Grange for sale in early 2017, but brought the launch forward due to the high volume of enquiries from potential purchasers.
It’s proved to be a prudent move as just weeks after launching, more than 21 ‘early bird’ reservations have been made at the 40-home venture.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “The level of demand at Aigburth Grange is almost unprecedented and it’s certainly one of our most popular developments, particularly considering we’ve launched ‘off plan’ without a show home to showcase the properties. The fact that so many people have made early bird reservations to give them first refusal on their preferred property speaks volumes. It shows that there’s a real and genuine need for quality housing in the area and that buyers have a confidence not only in the market, but in Elan as a company.”
Enjoying a prime location on Aigburth Road, with some of the properties fronting on to Tramway Road, the development will feature two, three and four-bedroom designs from Elan’s Regency Collection.
Current prices start from £184,995 for a two-bedroom Hayfield style home.
“Like so many parts of Liverpool, Aigburth has its own very distinctive identity and strong sense of community, which makes it very much somewhere people want to live,” Marie adds.
“It’s particularly popular with young professionals and families as the area is home to a range of shops, bars and restaurants, plus the green open spaces of Sefton Park are nearby and there’s a great choice of schools, including those ranked among the best in the country. Factor in the easy access to the city centre, which is only three miles away and it’s no surprise that homes here are in such high demand.”
The marketing suite at Aigburth Grange is open Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
