Early bird buyers swoop on Neston Homes
INSTANT sales and seven ‘early bird’ buyers mean that new homes at Old Quay Meadow in Neston are off to a flying start.
Elan Homes has just launched the development, off Boundary Park, between Neston and Parkgate.
The homes are currently being sold ‘off plan’, with a show home to open on site in the summer. In the meantime, prospective purchasers can visit Elan’s Westminster Place development, where similar style properties are available to view.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “The launch of Old Quay Meadow was long and eagerly awaited by buyers keen to live in this sought-after part of Cheshire. The initial success we’ve achieved, with one home already sold and seven early bird reservations on properties not yet released for sale, proves that not only is there a demand for new homes in the area but that people have confidence to buy off plan. One of the key advantages of purchasing in the early stages of a development is the wealth of options available to buyers. We offer a range of interior design options so that customers can truly make their home their own.”
Old Quay Meadow is an intimate development with just 25 private sale homes. Current availability includes four and five-bedroom detached designs with prices from £409,995.
Help to Buy is available, enabling purchasers to reduce the initial cost by 20% with the aid of an equity loan from the Government. Those buying in this way should typically only need a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage. Crucially, the equity loan is interest free five years.
The homes will feature a high specification as standard with kitchens boasting integrated appliances including oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer and bathrooms and en-suites enjoying contemporary white suites.
The specification of the homes will be befitting of their idyllic location close to the Wirral Country Park and the coast, with potential for stunning views of the Dee Estuary and Welsh mountains beyond. There are good local amenities both in Neston and Parkgate including shops, bars, restaurants and homemade ice-cream. Plus the cities of Chester and Liverpool are both easily accessible.
