FIRST CHANCE TO PUT DOWN ROOTS AT THE HAWTHORNS

THE first properties at an exclusive development in the Cheshire village of Lach Dennis will be available to reserve off plan from mid-November.

Ideally situated off Common Lane, the new homes at The Hawthorns will enjoy green and pleasant surroundings accessed via a leafy road lined with oak trees and hawthorns.

Niche developer Elan Homes is behind the scheme, which will offer just eight luxurious four and five-bedroom properties for private sale.

The Farnham offers 2,100 sq ft of living space and is the largest of the homes at The Hawthorns.

Along with the substantial private sale properties, there will also be four affordable two and three-bedroom homes, which subject to criteria will be available at 75% of the local open market value.
