Fresh choice for Lower Walton buyers

DRIVEN by market demand, a new release of semi-detached homes is now available at Hall Gardens, Lower Walton.

The exclusive Elan Homes development in South Warrington is nearing a sell-out with only a final few homes remaining. Among the properties available is a pair of three-bedroom homes enjoying a prime position on Chester Road.

Help to  Buy reduces the initial cost of a property by 20% with the aid of an equity loan which is interest free for five years, and enables the buyer to put down a deposit of only 5%.  It means that, with a Hardy home, it would reduce the initial cost to £287,996 including a deposit of £18,000 and mortgage of £269,996.
