By taking out an equity loan for up to 20% of the price, one lucky buyer could see the initial cost of this spacious family home reduced to £199,995. The remaining 20% share is covered by the equity loan, which is interest free for five years.

“One of the great things about buying a brand new home is the convenience it offers in comparison with an older property,” Marie says.

“For example, there’s no need to wait for the previous owner to vacate the property or to spend time and money on repairs or renovations, you can just move straight in.”
