Instant success for new homes in Warrington

NICHE developer Elan Homes is building on the sell-out success of new homes in Croft with its latest venture in the Warrington area.

The first homes at Hall Gardens in Walton will be released for sale in the summer, but the development is already off to a flying start with two ‘early bird’ reservations.

Coupled with Elan’s previous sales performance in the neighbourhood, it’s proof of a strong demand for housing in the area.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “Gosling Park in Croft was a huge success and news that we had sold all 25 properties left some buyers disappointed. We’re pleased to be able to announce that we’ll soon be giving people a fresh chance to own one of our brand new homes with the launch of Hall Gardens in the Walton area.

“Offering just 14 homes, it’s an exclusive development and demand is expected to be high. We’ve already taken two ‘early bird’ reservations from people who want to secure particular properties and would urge anyone hoping to move here to register their interest now so that we can advise of our progress and let them know when the first homes will be released for sale.”

Like Gosling Park before it, Hall Gardens will enjoy a leafy setting with homes backing on to woodland.

The intimate gated development will offer four and five-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,759 sq ft to 2,100 sq ft.

The properties will enjoy the high quality finish buyers have come to expect from Elan including well equipped kitchens and elegant bathrooms and en-suites.

These superb specification four and five-bedroom homes will be the perfect match for a location that has it all including a woodland to the rear of the development, easy access to the motorway network, plus the cosmopolitan culture of Stockton Heath within walking distance.

Elan is committed to ensuring its developments are sustainable and has agreed to invest £150,000 in affordable housing locally. The company will also make contributions towards public open space.
