Elan Homes Ltd are looking to acquire new land to enable the growth of our business. We have substantial funds available to secure appropriate opportunities. As well as outright land acquisition we are also interested in acquiring part built developments either through outright purchase or possibly a joint venture arrangement.

Elan Homes Ltd operates in two regions – Northern and Southern. The Northern Region operating area covers the North West, North Wales, East & West Midlands and some areas of West Yorkshire. The Southern Region operating area covers South Wales, the South West as well as the Gloucestershire and Worcestershire areas.

If you have land that would be suitable for residential development in these areas with or without planning permission then please forward the details/plans to the appropriate regional land contact. Sites such as derelict/redundant/vacant buildings, factories, public houses, storage yards and greenfield land are all of interest.

We have a reputation for concluding deals in a straightforward and unprotracted manner. We are aware of the potential value of your asset and will endeavour to provide our opinion within a 7-10 day period. We work with a network of complementary professionals to deliver the optimum solution for each development site which will in turn maximise its value.
