BLENDING the charm of traditional rural cottages with stylish modern interiors, the final new homes at Hall Gardens have plenty to offer Cheshire buyers.

Just months after the show home opened, the exclusive Elan Homes development in Lower Walton is fast approaching a sell-out.

The final properties include a pair of three-bedroom semi-detached homes. Known as The Cottage and The Lodge, they enjoy a prime position facing on to Chester Road with gated access, private driveways and garages, and gardens to the side and rear.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, explained: “Situated at the front of the development, The Cottage and the Lodge can be seen taking shape as people pass by. They’re distinctly different to the other homes we’ve built both at Hall Gardens and at Gosling Park in nearby Croft in that they look very much like cottages of yesteryear, but have been cleverly designed to make the best use of the space available. With that in mind, we’d encourage anyone looking to move to a new home in and around Warrington to take a good look at the floor plans and to carefully consider how they could use the space.”

Both properties offer 1,352sq ft of accommodation, with a lounge to the front and open plan kitchen, dining and family room to the rear. They will be fitted with Cranbrook sage and platinum kitchens with granite worktops and integrated appliances.

There’s also a utility, cloakroom and storage cupboard on the ground floor, plus an additional room that could be used as a study for occasional home working, a playroom for young children or perhaps an extra bedroom.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including the master with en-suite, plus the family bathroom.

The final homes at Hall Gardens are available from £359,995, which can be reduced to an initial outlay of £287,996 with a Help to Buy Equity Loan. The lower price includes a 5% customer deposit and 75% mortgage, with the remaining 20% covered by the equity loan. Crucially, the equity loan is interest free for five years.

“Thanks to Help to Buy those who’ve been saving for a deposit could find they’re in a better position than they thought as using the scheme could mean savings of around £18,000 are enough to secure one of the final homes at Hall Gardens,” Marie added.

“But with such limited availability we’d encourage would-be homeowners to act fast to avoid disappointment.”

Homes at Hall Gardens enjoy a location that offers the perfect blend of town and country with potential for picturesque views of the surrounding countryside, the cosmopolitan culture of nearby Stockton Heath within walking distance and easy access to the motorway network.

Hall Gardens is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm. For more information, call 0845 250 8681 or see
