Love luxury living in South Liverpool

DISCERNING buyers looking for a new home in South Liverpool are being urged to make a date to visit Carnatic Court – before it’s too late.

Perfectly placed in the sought-after L18 district and boasting a stunning specification to boot, the exclusive Elan Homes development continues to woo buyers.

Part of the attraction is that while the homes look traditional and complement existing properties in the Mossley Hill Conservation Area, inside they are stylish, spacious and modern.

Now, with only three homes available, those who love the idea of living at Carnatic Court could soon find they’ve missed out on the chance of their dream move.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “One of the things that people love about living in this part of Liverpool is that the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of Lark Lane and Allerton Road are nearby, plus there’s easy access to the city centre.

“Factor in the luxurious specification we offer at Carnatic Court and it’s no surprise that we now have just a few homes available. Buying a brand new home enjoys a sense of romance as there’s something special about being the very first people to live in a property. Visitors tells us they’re enamoured by our beautiful kitchen designs and sumptuous bathrooms.”

There are just two property styles available at Carnatic Court – the Mossley with integral garage and the Rosemount.

Priced from £429,995, they’re both five-bedroom homes set out over three floors.

The Mossley features an open plan kitchen/diner/family room, plus utility and cloakroom to the ground floor. The lounge is on the first floor, along with master bedroom and en-suite, plus the fifth bedroom or study. The remaining three bedrooms, including one with en-suite, are on the top floor, where the family bathroom is also situated.

The Rosemount enjoys a similar configuration, but with the benefit of a dedicated dining room to the ground floor to complement the multi-functional open plan space.

“Those who have fallen in love with the idea of moving to Carnatic Court, but perhaps don’t have a lot of equity in the house they’re moving from, could still soon be living the dream as Help to Buy is available,” Marie adds.

“The offer of a 20% equity loan means customers could secure one of our final homes with a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage. And, if that wasn’t enough, the equity loan is interest free for five years.”

Alternatively those with a house to sell could secure a buyer with Elan’s EasyMove scheme. They may even be able to use Easy Move and Help to Buy together.
