New Elan Homes are Coming Soon to Neston

THE wait is almost over for those longing for the keys to a brand new home at Old Quay Meadow in Neston.

Located off Boundary Park, between Neston and Parkgate, the homes will enjoy a sought-after setting in a highly desirable part of Cheshire.

The leafy location, easy access to good local amenities, commuter and good mix of properties has attracted keen interest from buyers and in response to demand Elan Homes will be releasing selected homes ‘off plan’.

Ahead of the launch the niche developer, with its regional headquarters in Ellesmere Port, is encouraging would-be homeowners who haven’t already done to add their names to the growing list of prospective purchasers.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “The Neston area has it all – a picturesque country setting close to the Wirral Country Park and the coast with potential for stunning views of the Dee Estuary and Welsh mountains beyond, good local amenities both in Neston and Parkgate including shops, bars, restaurants and homemade ice-cream, plus easy access to both Chester and Liverpool. Unsurprisingly it’s very much somewhere people want to live and buyers have been keenly awaiting the launch of Old Quay Meadow.

“This intimate development will offer just 25 private sale homes but with a good choice of two, three, four and five-bedroom designs. We’re anticipating high demand when the properties are released for sale and will be giving priority to those who have registered their interest in the development, inviting them to an exclusive preview event before they become available to the general public.”

Prices at Old Quay Meadow will be announced at the launch.

Help to Buy will be available, enabling eligible purchasers to reduce the initial cost by 20% with the aid of an equity loan from the Government. Those buying in this way should typically only need a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage. Crucially, the equity loan is interest free five years.

Some of the homes at Old Quay Meadow will be similar to those being built at Elan’s Westminster Place development, situated close to the villages of Saighton and Huntington near Chester.  To give buyers an idea of the layouts and the specification they can expect from Elan, the homebuilder will be inviting them to visit Westminster Place.
