New hope for Macclesfield
NEW homes in Macclesfield will be released for sale ‘off plan’ amid high demand.
Elan Homes has received 200-plus enquiries from people interested in purchasing one of just 29 properties at Hope Park Mews.
With the list continuing to grow, the niche developer has decided to release selected three and four-bedroom properties for sale by appointment only (from Friday, May 5) via Reeds Rains in the town.
Prices for the homes will be announced at the launch.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “The land where we’re building was once part of the hospital and has already seen some residential development, which proves there is a demand for new homes in the area. Local people have been showing a keen interest in the properties we’re building and in light of the volume of enquiries received to date we’re giving would-be homeowners an early opportunity to buy by releasing selected homes ‘off plan’.”
The homes will feature a high specification as standard with kitchens boasting integrated appliances including oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer and bathrooms and en-suites enjoying contemporary white suites.
Along with building new homes, Elan will invest in the local community, paying around £51,000 towards an off-site children’s play area and gifting more than £27,000 to recreation and outdoor sports provision. A contribution towards highways works has already been made by the Cheshire-based developer.
The new homes are being built within walking distance of Macclesfield town centre. Local facilities include a nursery and supermarket, plus homeowners will be able to walk through the public open space forming part of the development and cross the road to nearby West Park.
The first homes at Hope Park Mews will be released for sale ‘off plan’ from 10am to 5pm from Friday, May 5 via Reeds Rains in the town. For more information see http://www.elan-homes.co.uk/hope-park-mews/ or to make an appointment call 0845 250 8676.
