To help homebuyers rejuvenate their home buying plans Elan Homes is offering a fantastic new 75%/25% shared equity scheme on a limited number of properties at its Secombe Vale development in Port Tennant near Swansea.  It is the first time that this offer has been made available on an Elan Homes development in this region and only a limited number of properties are available on a first come first served basis. 

The shared equity scheme sees the all-important 25% deposit paid up front by the company.  The remaining 75% is then paid by the homebuyer; the 25% equity will be lent on an interest free basis over the next ten years.
