Arcadia, on Eagley Brook Way, features communal gardens to the rear, as well as a beautiful brook, which runs behind the apartments. These areas have attracted rabbits, fallow deer, kingfishers and herons to the development, as well as families of Canada geese who have been to Arcadia for the summer months and have now returned to Canada.
