Guests from across the Chester city region will join Rita Waters, Chief Executive of Chester Renaissance, to officially launch the plans for Elan Homes’ luxury development of apartments at Chester Racecourse, on Thursday 12^th August.

 

The launch of the new phase of Racecourse Apartments will be marked by the unveiling of a specially commissioned statue by local artist Colin Spofforth, which represents Chester’s long tradition of horse racing.

 

Elan Homes wanted Chester Renaissance to be a part of the launch because the Renaissance of this part of the riverside fits into the overall surge of regeneration that Chester is seeing. Another important guest will also be joining Elan Homes for the day, Rascal the Rhino, who is part of Rhino Mania, which is currently sweeping through Chester, will be joining in the festivities and will be ready for his close up as he poses with the new statue and esteemed guests.

 

Rita Waters will join members of the Chester community to unveil the colourful statue and all guests will then be invited to take a tour of the new marketing suite and view the plans for this unique development.
