Elan Homes is all set to unveil an exciting new statue at its Racecourse Apartments in Chester, marking the launch of the latest phase of the development, which will bring stunning boutique style apartments and an amazing three bedroom penthouse to the market.

 

Rita Waters, Chief Executive of Chester Renaissance, will unveil the statue, which has been created by local artist Colin Spofforth, on Thursday 12^th August. Elan Homes wanted Chester Renaissance to be a part of the launch because the Renaissance of this part of the riverside fits into the overall surge of regeneration that Chester is seeing. Another important guest will also be joining Elan Homes for the day, Rascal the Rhino, who is part of Rhino Mania, which is currently sweeping through Chester, will be joining in the festivities and will be ready for his close up as he poses with the new statue and esteemed guests.

 

A public launch will also take place in the evening between 5pm and 7pm and all are welcome, says Marie Wilkinson, sales director at Elan Homes. “We want everybody to come and view the new marketing suite at the Racecourse Apartments.
