Part Exchange to a trio of new homes
Prestigious developers Elan Homes have scored a hat trick with three new family homes in Bideford.
Discerning buyers are attracted by the four-bedroom detached homes in May Court in the town, with appealing family-size gardens.
But even those with an existing property to sell can set their sights on the traditionally built homes with contemporary interiors – thanks to part exchange.
Part Exchange New Homes
Andrea Nippe, sales director for Elan Home in the South, said: “Families who are drawn by the appeal of spacious homes and gardens often have a property to sell and risk missing out on their dream move.
“With part exchange they don’t have to wait until they have secured a buyer on the open market as we will effectively act as their cash buyer.
“Purchasers can be sure they receive a fair price and won’t have the worry of being stuck in a chain so they moment their new home is ready, they can move in.”
Customers can also take advantage of Help to Buy at May Court, which means purchasers only need a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage as the government provides an equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price, which is interest free for five years.
Ideally located close to Bideford town centre, off a quiet cul-de-sac off Mines Road, prices are from £295,000 for a four-bedroom detached family home at May Court
The new show home and sales office are open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm. Call Elan’s sales advisor on 01237 424224 for more information or to book an appointment.
Until the end of March, Elan is offering its customers at May Court the opportunity to reserve for just £99. The reduced reservation fee is available on selected plots and subject to terms and conditions.
