Pre-Show home savings for Stockport Buyers
FAST acting Stockport homebuyers could save thousands and stamp out stamp duty.
Elan Homes is currently selling properties at Cherry Tree Park ‘off plan’. The development is attracting keen interest from prospective purchasers, many of whom are eagerly awaiting the opening of a show home and view home.
But what they may not realise is that if they buy now, they could move in before Christmas and save thousands. For a limited time only and on selected properties, Elan is offering to pay the stamp duty and include flooring throughout.

Elan will pay the £5,000 stamp duty on the three-bedroom Aldgate, priced at £299,995. The company will also cover the £6,250 tax bill on the four-bedroom Langley, on the market at £324,995.
Set out over three floors, the Aldgate features an open plan kitchen and dining room to the ground floor, with French doors leading to the rear garden. The spacious lounge, a family bathroom and a bedroom are on the first floor. The master bedroom, complete with en-suite, and the third bedroom are on the top floor.
