Sellers urged not to wait in Warrington

THE average home in Warrington is on the market for almost five months, but sellers could avoid an anxious wait to secure a buyer and enjoy a speedier move thanks to Elan Homes.

EasyMove sees local estate agents market the customer’s home to secure a quick sale on the open market, with Elan paying the agent’s fees on completion. Some homeowners may even be able to simply trade in their property towards the cost of somewhere new with part exchange.
