Why wait – top locations around Cheshire

Elan Homes could be the difference between wanting to move and being able to.

The homebuilder is offering a range of move-making incentives designed to help buyers on every step of the housing ladder.

Help to Buy equity loans are available on new build homes priced

up to £600,000 – including those at Westminster Place and The

Birches – offering a great way for people to boost their borrowing

power, particularly first time buyers.

Someone buying in this way should only need a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage as the remaining 20% is covered by the equity loan, which is interest free for five years.

Homeowners could move up the ladder using Part Exchange, effectively having the reassurance of a guaranteed cash buyer and being able to stay in their current property until the new one is ready.

Alternatively, Elan’s Easy Move scheme is a great way for downsizers and other movers to secure a buyer on the open market.

There’s even the chance to save thousands of pounds in Stamp Duty as, subject to terms and conditions, Elan is offering to cover the tax on selected properties.

Elan’s Marie Morris says: “Wanting to move and being able to could be easier than many people anticipate. Help to Buy could make a homeownership dream a reality sooner rather than later, or perhaps enable someone to purchase a larger property than they expected. We can even assist homeowners to sell up so that they can make their next move. We’d encourage buyers to talk to us about their options so that we help make their dream move a reality.”
