Elan Homes Holdings Limited is making significant strides in the homebuilding industry, developing new homes across the Midlands, North West, South West England, and North Wales. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Assistant Site Manager to support our Site Managers in delivering high-quality homes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the day-to-day running of allocated aspects of a development, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to the build program.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain control of Health & Safety measures on site, including managing statutory paperwork under the direction of the Site Manager.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise site operatives and coordinate trades, materials, and construction professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide high levels of customer service and ensure timely completion of customer remedial items.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete weekly paperwork and report any issues that could impact budget or project timelines to the Site Manager.
  • Site Cover: Provide short-term site cover in the absence of the Site Manager, ensuring continuity of site activities.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry experience that supports progression into a managerial role.
  • Current Health & Safety and First Aid certifications.
  • A developing knowledge of construction techniques and technical requirements.

Skills and attributes:

  • Strong communication and man-management skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
