Hours of work: 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 3.30 pm on a Friday

Elan Homes Limited is an exciting name in homebuilding. We are a privately owned company building new homes across the South West, Wales as well as the Midlands and North West.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with experience in a similar role and suitably qualified in a construction discipline to join our team. This is a key role in the future success of Elan Homes and will be challenging, demanding and ultimately very rewarding.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing several housing developments across the region. Responsibilities will include the control of health and safety across the sites, quality control, customer care, monitoring budgets and programmes, liaising with internal and external customers and chairing meetings.

Flexibility is required as this role will require the post holder to travel from site to site within the Region and a clean driving licence is preferred. Current operating areas include the entire M5 corridor and Midlands area within 1 hour travel time from our Coleshill Office.
