Full-time:                     38.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 

Specific location:         Cheshire

Hours of work:             8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 3.30 pm on a Friday

Elan Homes Limited is an exciting name in homebuilding.  We are a privately owned company building new homes across the South West, Wales as well as the Midlands and North West.

 

We are looking for an ambitious site manager who is suitably qualified in a construction discipline, with a proven track record in a similar role within the housing sector, to join our team located on developments across our Northern Region.   

 

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential projects throughout the region, including the quality. Responsibilities will include the co-ordination of trades and materials, providing excellent customer service and ensuring quality control and health and safety are adhered to at all times.

  

The ideal candidate will have: -

 

  • A proven track record of success within the speculative housing sector
  • Experience as a Site Manager
  • NVQ 4
  • Trade background or relevant degree qualifications (Or equivalent)
  • CITB 5 Day  SMSTS Health & Safety Certificate
  • First Aid at Work Certificate
  • Must be keen to achieve NHBC recognition
  • CSCS Card
  • Loyalty, enthusiasm, confidence and punctual.
