AN exclusive development of bespoke designed homes in Wilmslow has been shortlisted in the Northern Design Awards.

The Larches by Elan Homes is vying to be crowned the winner in the residential development category in the prestigious awards.

Judged by the best in the business, including Linda Barker and Wayne Hemingway, the awards recognise excellence across the North. Winners will be announced at a gala dinner at The Principal Hotel, Manchester on November 16.
