LAND WANTED FOR NEW HOMES IN LIVERPOOL CITY REGION

An example Elan home, similar to those coming soon to Mossley hill and Formby.

ELAN Homes is looking for land across the Liverpool City Region and beyond to help satisfy demand for housing.

The homebuilder, with its Northern headquarters in Ellesmere Port, has achieved sell-out success on both sides of the Mersey recently at Aigburth Grange in South Liverpool and Old Quay Meadow near Neston.

The company has sites coming soon in Mossley Hill and Formby and is keen to acquire additional land with development potential to help address the housing shortage.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “Elan’s proven track record across the Liverpool City Region speaks for itself. We’ve successfully delivered high quality developments with a varied housing mix at locations including Crosby and Thornton, Mossley Hill, Aigburth and Neston offering everything from starter properties to executive family homes. While we’ve recently welcomed the final homeowners to Aigburth Grange and Old Quay Meadow we’re continuing to receive enquiries from people who want to know where else we will be building nearby. We are always looking for land with development potential and would be keen to hear from landowners to explore opportunities. We can tailor schemes to fit the size of the parcel of land available and the local housing market.”

Elan will consider all forms of development land and any larger commercial premises, including brownfield and greenfield sites with the potential to build 12 to 100 homes.

The homebuilder will work with landowners to successfully navigate through the planning process.

“We pride ourselves in knowing, understanding and delivering what buyers want,” Marie added.

“When we’re drawing up plans for new homes we carefully consider who would want to live in that area and why, taking into account the local housing market and the facilities in the area. We then tailor our developments accordingly so that our homes complement the area and add value to the community.”

Anyone with land available with development potential is urged to contact Elan via the website https://www.elan-homes.co.uk/about-elan/land-enquiries/.
