ELAN OFFERS FIRST LOOK INSIDE FYLDE COAST HOMES

THE wait is over for eager buyers keen to see inside new homes at Redwood Gardens on the Fylde peninsular.

Hundreds of potential purchasers had registered interest in the Elan Homes development in Marton Moss.

While some seized the opportunity to reserve off plan at the earliest opportunity, the vast majority have been hotly anticipating being able to view a finished example of the properties.

A professionally styled and fully furnished example of the four-bedroom Cove is now available to view by appointment only.

To celebrate, Elan is offering to cover the cost of Stamp Duty on selected properties at Redwood Gardens, subject to terms and conditions and for a limited time only.

Elan sales director Marie Morris explained: “The number of people who’ve enquired about Redwood Gardens is quite staggering considering we’re building just 86 homes. A number of people showed confidence in both the market and in Elan in reserving off plan in the development’s early stages, while others have identified properties in later phases not yet released for sale as their preferred property. We also have a growing list of potential purchasers who want to look inside the show home before committing to buy here. By viewing the show home buyers will gain a real insight into the quality and finish Elan offers to ensure we provide homes you’ll love inside out.”

The Cove offers 1,269 sq ft of carefully considered living space.

The lounge, with feature bay window, is at the front of the property. Destined to be the heart of the home, is the combined kitchen, dining and family room, with a practical central island, plus double doors leading out onto the rear garden.

A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms – one with en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve three of the bedrooms.

Current availability at Redwood Gardens includes a choice of three and four-bedroom designs, with prices from £259,995.

For a limited time only, Elan is offering to cover the cost of Stamp Duty on selected properties, potentially saving buyers thousands of pounds. Alternatively, those with a house to sell could find that the homebuilder is willing to accept that property in part exchange towards the cost of a brand new home.

“One of the advantages of buying a new build home is that you can make it your own, right from the start. Providing the roof isn’t on, you’ll generally be able to choose everything from the style of the kitchen to the bathroom tiles and a host of other features throughout the property too,” Marie added.

“Plus, those who opt to use part exchange to help them move up the housing ladder will effectively have a guaranteed cash buyer in Elan and will be able to stay in their current property until their new home is built.”

Located on Moss House Road, the homes at Redwood Gardens will enjoy a leafy setting, with landscaped areas, and there is a choice of local shops and amenities.

The Fylde coast is only minutes from the development by car, and the M55 is easily accessible, linking to the M6, and placing Blackpool and Preston, and beyond, within easy reach for commuters.

Redwood Gardens is the second Elan development in Lancashire. The company is also building in Wrea Green and has plans for new homes in Goosnargh and Lower Darwen.
