Doors opening to South Liverpool show homes
SOUTH Liverpool buyers will be able to look inside a shining example of the properties at Aigburth Grange from this weekend (January 21).
Some people have jumped at the chance to buy ‘off plan’ but many others have been waiting to view the show home at the Elan Homes development before committing to purchase. Those who had registered their interest were invited to preview the Sheldon show home, which is now being opened to the general public.
The interior design staging has been completed by Whitchurch-based Stanza Style with a contemporary look featuring metallic tones including copper and grey.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “There’s a real demand for housing in this part of Liverpool and while we’ve had initial off plan success at Aigburth Grange we anticipate that the show home opening will bring a new wave of enquiries. Viewing the show home will give buyers the chance to see what’s included in the high specification we’re offering and how their new home could look.”
The four-bedroom detached Sheldon offers 1,125 sq ft of well-planned accommodation. To the ground floor is a combined kitchen and breakfast room, separate lounge, a formal dining room, plus cloakroom. Both the kitchen/breakfast room and the lounge enjoy direct access to the rear garden via French doors.
Upstairs the master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower room, leaving the remaining three bedrooms to share the family bathroom.
Current availability at Aigburth Grange includes two and three-bedroom homes, with prices from £194,995.
Help to Buy equity loans are available and could reduce the initial price of a home at Aigburth Grange by up to 20%.
For example, someone using the scheme to purchase a two-bedroom Hayfield should only need a deposit of £9,750 (5%), plus a mortgage for £146,246 (75%) as the remaining £38,999 (20%) is covered by the equity loan. Crucially, that loan is interest free for five years.
Just three miles from the city centre, near to the green open spaces of Sefton Park and with two primary schools on the doorstep, plus a fantastic selection of secondary schools in the surrounding area, Aigburth Grange is the perfect place to settle down and raise a family.
The Sheldon show home opens this Saturday (January 21). For more information about the development call 0845 250 8677.
