Elan’s Homes are ‘choc’ full of goodies for children and parents alike!
FAMILIES are invited to an ‘egg-stra’ special event at Elan’s development in Yeovil next weekend.
The housebuilder is hosting an Easter egg hunt for children around its show home at Harbin Fields, off Lyde Road, from 11am to 2pm on Saturday, April 12.
Andrea Nippe, sales director for Elan Homes in the South, said: “We’re hoping it will be a fun event for the whole family. There will be chocolate eggs hidden throughout the house just waiting to be discovered! The Easter egg hunt will hopefully keep the kids entertained giving mum and dad the chance to discover further delights in our stylish show home.”
Anyone who reserves a new home over the weekend can take advantage of an offer to have their stamp duty paid – the equivalent of 3% of the value of a home priced over £250,000.
The development of four-bedroom detached homes is a unique offering for families. Forming a looped cul-de-sac with views over open countryside towards Dorset, each property has its own driveway and generous garden, providing a safe place for children to play. In addition, all of the homes benefit from spacious, open-plan layouts, high-quality specification and plenty of storage options.
Harbin Fields will eventually feature 35 properties, with current prices ranging from £249,995 to £296,995.
Andrea added: “As well as a good choice of schools locally, the development is served by two train stations and has excellent rail and road links to London, Bristol and the south coast. Yeovil itself has a wide selection of local shops, restaurants and amenities, including Marks and Spencer and Yeovil’s famous street markets.”
