Help to Buy bridges the gap for middle movers in Bideford
Existing homeowners can use the Government’s Help to Buy incentive, meaning it’s easier than ever to move up the property ladder.
Even those with a property to sell can take advantage and boost their budget with homes at Elan’s developments in Bideford.
Houses at Kathleen Grange, featuring a collection of three and four-bedroom detached houses and nearby May Court, with three four-bedroom detached family homes, are all available using Help to Buy.
The popular scheme enables purchasers to only need a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage, as the government provides an equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price, which is interest free for five years.
Andrea Nippe, sales director for Elan Homes in the South, said: “We are keen to dispel the myth it’s only first time buyers who benefit from Help to Buy.
“Even if you are scaling the property ladder to lofty heights – as long as the new home is less than £600,000, our customers can use Help to Buy.”
Situated just off a quiet cu-de-sac, off Mines Road, the exclusive developments, feature a range of homes which benefit from high specification and are within easy reach of the thriving market town, home of the historic Pannier Market.
The exclusive developments will comprise a range of three and four-bedroom high specification homes, with 11 properties at Kathleen Grange and three at May Court.
