Homes at Cherry Tree Park are ripe for the picking
AS new homes blossom at Cherry Tree Park in Stockport sellers are being offered a move-making incentive that enables them to put down roots in a property that gives their family room to grow.
A number of houses at the popular Elan Homes development are nearing completion and will be ready to be moved into this summer.
But with high demand for the homes, purchasers are urged to move quickly while these perfect properties are ripe for the picking,
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “Homes at Cherry Tree Park are already selling fast but with news of part-exchange deals available on selected properties potential purchasers need to realise they could miss out on a move here unless they act quickly.
“The offer of part-exchange on certain plots is great news for people who had previously thought they would have to sell their old home before they could contemplate buying a beautiful brand new property here.
“It means that even more purchasers could potentially be vying to make that dream house purchase and take advantage of a superb deal.”
Proving among the most sought-after properties at Cherry Tree Park are the three and four-bedroom townhouses.
The townhouses currently available will enable homeowners to enjoy alfresco dining with ease in the summer as there’s direct access from the kitchen to the rear garden. Plus, because the townhouses are set out over three floors, the lounge in some designs is on the first floor, offering elevated views of outside space.
Among the townhouses is the three-bedroom Aldgate. Priced from £299,995 it features an open plan kitchen and dining room to the ground floor, with French doors leading to the rear garden. The spacious lounge, a family bathroom and a bedroom are on the first floor. The master bedroom, complete with en-suite, and the third bedroom are on the top floor.
Starting at £324,995, the four-bedroom Langley features a similar ground floor layout. On the first floor, there’s a lounge, second bedroom and a shower room, while on the top floor there are three further bedrooms, including master with en-suite, plus the family bathroom.
For those who are buying their first home or perhaps have sold their previous property subject to contract, there’s the chance to reduce the initial cost of homeownership by taking out a Help to Buy equity loan. The Government-backed scheme enables those with a 5% deposit to take out an equity for up to 20% of the purchase price. It means the Aldgate could be purchased for an initial outlay of £239,996; while the initial cost of the Langley is reduced to £259,996.
Situated in the prime residential suburb of Great Moor, Cherry Tree Park enjoys good local amenities including schools, a library and restaurants all within easy reach
The show home at the development is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm. For more information, call 0845 2938973
