Stamp duty gift for Haslington homebuyers

CHRISTMAS has come early for Haslington homebuyers thanks to a special package of incentives that could save them thousands.

Elan Homes is entering into the season of goodwill, giving those who reserve a new home at Vicarage Fields before December 25 the chance to choose from a range of move-making deals available on selected properties.

For example, the niche developer could cover the cost of stamp duty and include flooring throughout. Alternatively, buyers with a house to sell may be able to use part exchange to help them make their next move on the housing ladder.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, explains: “The four-bedroom Belvoir show home remains a firm favourite with visitors to Vicarage Fields who tell us they love that the breakfast kitchen is complemented by two reception rooms. While the show home features a lounge and a dining room, there’re no hard and fast rules as to how you utilise the space. Buyers with young children may want to forego the dining room in favour of having a play room, or parents of teenagers may opt to give them their own lounge.

“While it may be too late to move this side of Christmas, as a seasonal gift to homebuyers we’re offering to help wrap up a move to a brand new home. We’re giving buyers the chance to save £3,500 in stamp duty if they reserve a Belvoir, similar to the show home. Plus we’ll also include flooring throughout. If that wasn’t enough, purchasers will also enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that the construction of their home has been overseen by an NHBC Pride in the Job ‘Quality’ Award winning site manager.”

On the market at £269,995, the Belvoir is a detached family home offering 1,214 sq ft of accommodation. It features an open plan breakfast kitchen, two reception rooms and a cloakroom to the ground floor. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms including master with en-suite, plus the family bathroom.

The stamp duty gift is subject to terms and conditions.

Situated just two miles from Crewe, homes at Vicarage Fields enjoy a village setting with views of farmland and meadows. With the cities of Chester, Stoke, Liverpool, Manchester and even Birmingham within easy reach, it’s a great commuter base.
