Stamp Duty savings for buyers on the Cheshire coast at Nestons & Parkgate
BUYERS considering moving to Cheshire’s only coastal resort are being urged to act now to take advantage of pre-show home incentives worth more than £10,000.
Homes at Old Quay Meadow enjoy an idyllic location between Neston and Parkgate.
Residents of the Elan Homes development will be able to embrace the picturesque country setting, perhaps taking their dog for a walk or cycling through Wirral Country Park, enjoying a leisurely stroll along the promenade next to the Dee Estuary at Parkgate with fish and chips or homemade ice-cream.
While the properties are currently being sold ‘off plan’ a show home is coming soon and there are similar styles available to view at other developments including a five-bedroom Mellor at Westminster Place near Chester and a four-bedroom Bordesley at
Sycamore Gardens, Congleton.
Marie Morris, Sales Director for Elan Homes in the North, explains: “When it comes to location, Old Quay Meadow is second to none, offering the perfect blend of countryside, coast and community. There are plenty of opportunities to explore the great outdoors close to home, but also a wealth of local amenities including shops, tearooms, restaurants and sports clubs. The high specification homes we’re building are the perfect fit for the area.
“Moving to this part of Cheshire is very much a lifestyle choice and while we appreciate that people want to view a show home before committing to buy, we’re encouraging them to visit our other developments for an insight into the layout, design and finish of our homes. Those who buy now could save more than £10,000 as we’re offering to cover the cost of Stamp Duty on selected properties.”
The Stamp Duty saving is subject to terms and conditions. It amounts to
£10,500 for someone buying a Bordesley priced at £409,995 or £11,500 worth of savings if purchasing a four-bedroom Alvechurch priced at £429,995.
