Junior Office Administrator


Full or part time:     38 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Contract:                 Permanent  

Specific location:   Ellesmere Port, Cheshire   

Hours of work:        8.30 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am – 3.30 pm on Fridays

We are seeking a Junior Office Administrator to help in the organisation and management of administration in our Northern Region. Whilst this is an entry level role that does not require any experience, we are seeking a candidate who is confident, willing to learn and looking to develop their skills. In return, you will receive training, with opportunities to progress.


You will be responsible in assisting the smooth running of the office and provide the regional office with general administrative support.


This role will include the following duties and responsibilities:


  • Assisting all teams with administrative support.
  • Control of stationary requirements
  • Input of data on to spread sheets
  • Processing, checking and preparing documents


Key competencies for this role are:


  • Strong communication skills and good telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good Word, Excel and Email experience
  • Enthusiasm with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good organisational skills
