Hours of work: Working a varied 5 day week, operating across a Monday – Sunday rota (which will include one day each weekend), with two days off per week.

Elan Homes Limited is an exciting name in homebuilding. We are a privately owned company building new homes across the South West, Wales as well as the Midlands and North West.
We are looking for a confident and ambitious sales professional with experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new homes sales either currently as a Field Sales Manager or a Sales Executive looking for promotion. Knowledge of volume house sales markets is essential.
This is a key role in the future success of Elan Homes and will be challenging, demanding and ultimately very rewarding.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the role will be responsible for all aspects of managing key residential developments throughout the region, ensuring the developments perform to forecasted sales targets. You will be required to act as a support function to site staff, and ensure high presentation levels.
You will need to be courteous, honest and trustworthy at all times, self motivated, enthusiastic about sales as well as possessing the ability to combine strong business, organisation and communication skills. Applicants must be IT literate. Flexibility is essential as this role will require the post holder to travel throughout the operational area of the Northern Region.
