Help to Buy agents and independent financial advisors will join Elan’s friendly and knowledgeable sales executives to answer visitors’ questions, helping to make buying a brand new home simple and straight forward.

Help to Buy gives buyers the chance to reduce the initial cost of a brand new home with the offer of an equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price. Crucially, the equity loan is interest free for five years.
Those who take out the full equity loan should only need a relatively small deposit of around 5%, plus a 75% mortgage from their chosen lender.
