WITH the final home at Westminster Place now sold, Elan Homes is looking for land to satisfy demand for housing in and around Chester.
Two years after sales launched at the development, Elan’s role in the transformation of part of the former Saighton Camp site is almost complete with the final homeowner soon to move in.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “At Elan we are proud to be playing our part in helping to reduce the housing shortage by building much needed new homes. All forms of development land and any larger commercial premises will be of interest, including brownfield and greenfield opportunities with or without planning approval.
“We will consider sites with the potential to build 12 to 100 homes and will work with landowners to successfully navigate through the planning process. In devising development plans we always take in to account local housing market conditions, including what’s already available in the area, the facilities in the neighbourhood, who would want to live there and why, before creating schemes that will add value to the community.”
