ELAN Homes has launched its second Lancashire development as it expands across the North West.

New homes at Redwood Gardens, Marton Moss, on the Fylde Peninsula,  have been released for sale off plan and by appointment only.

Spanning just over 10 acres, the site was the first Lancashire acquisition for Cheshire-based Elan.

The company has since acquired further sites in the county including Wrea Green Meadows, Wrea Green, where homes are now on sale, and at Lower Darwen, where building will soon be underway.

At Redwood Gardens, part of the wider 422-home Redwood Point development, Elan is building 86 homes. The scheme will offer a choice of three and four-bedroom homes, ranging in size from 972 sq ft to 1,953 sq ft.

In response to the demand, we’ve released the first phase of properties off plan as we work towards opening a show home. Elan’s Wrea Green Meadows development is only around five miles from Marton Moss and initially homes at Redwood Gardens are being sold off plan from Wrea Green.

“There’s the amenities people want and need nearby, plus prices while yet to be released will be competitive in comparison to neighbouring Lytham. Current availability includes a three-bedroom detached Fylde style property, priced from £314,995, and a four-bedroom detached Shore, priced from £349,995.

The homes at Redwood Gardens will enjoy a leafy setting, with extended areas of linear landscaping, tree planting being carried out and hedgerows planted to all front gardens.

With local shops, a chemist, supermarkets and a choice of “outstanding” and “good” Ofsted rated schools nearby, the homes will benefit from the amenities buyers want and need.
