AS demand for housing continues to push up prices, Staffordshire buyers are being urged to buy now.
House prices are at a four-year high, with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors attributing this to a combination of pent up demand, low interest rates, the removal of Stamp Duty on properties priced up to £500,000 and changes in buyers’ priorities post-lockdown.
Elan Homes has seen an increase in enquiries across all of its developments, including The Hyde in Kinver, where homes are currently available to reserve “off plan”.
