SWAP EGG HUNTS FOR HOUSE HUNTING THIS EASTER

HOMEBUYERS are being urged to get cracking with their house hunting this Easter and hop along to an Elan Homes development.


The homebuilder is egg-stending an open invitation to buyers across the North West to visit its show homes over the long weekend. Egg-spert advice and Easter treats will be served up on Good Friday and Easter Saturday (April 3 and 4), with properties available to egg-splore daily from 10am to 5pm through to Easter Monday (April 6).

The participating developments include:

  • Garrett Hall Fields, Mosley Common, Tyldesley, where Elan has everything from two-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom detached family homes. Prices range from £229,995 to £599,995.
  • Hazelfields, Poynton, has a diverse range of properties from one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, priced from £279,995, to family homes in a choice of three, four and five-bedroom designs, priced up to £779,995.
  • Oak Grange, Congleton, where three, four and five-bedroom homes are available, with current prices from £279,995 to £549,995.
  • Redwood Gardens, Marton Moss, between Blackpool and Lytham, has a choice of three and four-bedroom detached homes available priced from £249,995 to £389,995.
  • St Marks Pavilion, Woodley, where executive four and five-bedroom homes are available with prices from £499,955 to £719,995.
  • Tower Gardens, Darwen, offers a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with prices from £199,995 to £334,995.

“We have the flexibility to tailor incentives to buyers’ needs,” Marie added.

“This could include Elan covering the cost of Stamp Duty or offering a deposit boost to help with mortgageability and the cost of living.
