THE heat is on for buyers hoping to secure a new home near Market Drayton following a surge in demand post-lockdown.
A combination of those who were previously planning to move, people reassessing their housing needs after spending more time at home, plus changes to Stamp Duty have kick-started the housing market across the UK.

A select number of four-bedroom homes are available with carpets and vinyl flooring, upgraded kitchen, turfed rear garden, plus a £5,000 deposit contribution and £1,000 towards legal fees.
Homes at Brook Meadow are eligible for Help to Buy, which is exclusive to new build properties. The Government-backed scheme offers buyers the chance to take out an equity loan for up to 20% of the price, interest free for five years. It’s currently open to first time buyers and those who have sold an existing property subject to contract. From next April it will be restricted to first time buyers, with regional price caps.
