WITH two homes at a boutique development near Solihull sold off plan, buyers are being urged not to wait for show homes to open.

Elan Homes is building just 17 new homes at Berkswell Rise in Balsall Common. Amid strong interest, the homebuilder released a selection of properties for sale off plan.

The Sutton Special offers 761 sq ft of thoughtfully planned accommodation.
