Situated just off the B4101, getting to the village from our homes for sale in Balsall Common couldn’t be easier, with connections to wider roads also within quick driving distance. For example, the A452 is less than 5 minutes away and can take you directly to the Lea Hall on the edge of Birmingham or to Warwick. The B4101 will also take you into Solihull via Knowle and that A4141.
Berkswell station is the closest train station to Berkswell Rise and can be found just under 2 miles away (5-minute drive). From there, you can hop onto direct services to Birmingham New Street and London Euston, which run every 30 minutes.
The nearest bus stop can be found a short walk away at Catchems Corner, where the hourly 87 bus between Solihull and Coventry stops.
As for international travel, Birmingham Airport is the closest port of call, located around 15 minutes away by car up the A452 and offering direct flights to destinations all around the globe, including Barbados, Kalamata and New York.
