A DEPOSIT boost, potentially worth more than £40,000, is being offered on selected new homes in Poynton, where the first residents have begun moving in.

Elan Homes is building 133 new homes across 7.47 acres of a 20.45 acre site on Hazelbadge Road.

Show homes opened in July and the homebuilder recently celebrated the latest milestone – welcoming the first residents. To mark the occasion and to help buyers achieve their dream move, the homebuilder is offering a 5% deposit contribution on selected properties.
